    J Bolton was behind Hird.

Looked like it either slipped or he simply mis-hit it.

Still, until I saw it, given some of the comments here I thought it was directly responsible for a goal as if he'd handballed it to Hird in the goal square.
Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

I didn't need them for such a motley opposition.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

What s#%ts me is it all works well till they get near the F50. This didn't happen so much in the Bombers game but you are right in saying allot of their play was down the side line.

The Bombers encouraged this though as every kick out we had, they had a huddle of players directly in front. We had no problem working the ball up the sideline over and over again .

What about Jude's injury, no mention today ?
Sports do not build character. They reveal it....Heywood Broun

I always turn to the sports pages first, which record people's accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man's failures......Earl Warren

                That was bad news.

He's done well against the Lions before but his game against the Don's didn't give Stellation etc much additional ammunition.

Of more concern to me is Darren Jolly's performance, Ball is in great form but Darren may not be enjoying sharing the duties.

And while B2's performance was splendid I was a little saddened to see LRT on Henneman instead.
