    Looking forward to next week....

Just read in an article that Arkermanis and Josh Drummond are both strugling with hamstring problems, And also ruckman Jamie Charman could be in trouble with the tribunal for striking Danny Jacobs.

Would be nice to face the lions with out these 3 plus Brown.
Please post any information you have about these guys or any of our guys in doubt to, i'm desperate to see if Hey Jude's OK for sunday.

This is a great finish to a season with so many important games to look forward to. Am also glad Sydney get a bit of a 'rest in round 22, although I trust they wont 'rest' too much.

The game against the Roos in round 21 may decide 4th place. It will be huge.

Not too sure about Aker as yet - he was off the ground for all of the 2nd quarter plus parts of the other 3 to be rested and still had 24 possessions, so it will be touch and go.

Drummond looked like he did his hammy pretty well and would be doubtful to play.

Didn't see the Charman incident so can't comment.

Brown could be out for the rest of the season, but that's still speculation - will just see if he lines up next Sunday or not. If he doesn't, that's a bonus for us, but we have to be prepared to play a Lions team with him there.

      I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

It could be deciding 3rd if the Roos beat the Saints.

For 2nd we'd have to win all and the Crows would have to lose the Showdown and lose to the Eagles.

On the Winners tonite they described Jude as an AC problem & could expect to miss 1-2. But that's inconsistent with what I've read/heard elsewhere so let's cross the proverbials.

Doc Larkins and Brookner both said on Melbourne radio today that Jude will struggle to get up next week and could miss 1 or 2.

Drummond will miss games. I heard on Thursday that Jonathan Brown was struggling to walk the past couple of days. Brisbane are meant to believe that resting him for 1 won't help much. If he plays he won't be near his best. Aker is experiencing hammie tightness which is restricting him but it's not an actual strain. I bet they fear though if they push him it could twang and it might be season ending.

No Leppitsch, no Drummond, No Brown (?), Aker struggling with hamstring tightness.

Because of the Crows much bigger percentage, for us to take 2nd place the Crows would have to lose all three of their remaining games and we would have to win all three of ours. Unfortunately, a highly unlikely scenario. The Crows are actually hoping to steal the minor premiership from West Coast.

Spot on. And if West Coast drop one of their next 2, while Adelaide win both theirs, Rd 22 will be a game for the minor premiership.

So we want Adelaide to beat the Roos, and the Eagles to beat Adelaide. Then we win all and play at AAMI in the first week.

                      Us- Lions, Roos, Hawks
Saints - Roos, Freo (at Subi), Lions
                      Roos - Saints, us, Blues

we have marginally the easiest run in. Hopefully will finish 3rd so must hope the Crows stay 2nd (SA easier than WA).

That first round is vital - maybe easier to surprise Eagles than Crows? If we will, them PF at Telstra and next stop: GF.

Just read a story through the Optusnet portal that said Simon Black suffered a corked calf.

The panel also cleared Sydney's Jared Crouch and Essendon's Mark Johnson over a collision with field umpire Martin Ellis - ruling it accidental
