    What now for Spriggs...

Havent heard alot about or from since the beginning of the season - there was a lot of hype on her about his arrival and now dead quite.
what do you guys think - will he be a AFL footballer for the swans? will we persist with him? or will we let him go?
And the man who started it, the Schneiderman, can kick his third for the quarter. And the swans are in the Grand Final!

He should have a 2 year contract and I would like us to see it out and give him every chance. He adds a lot of midfield depth and I thought that he did show he could be very useful at times. I thought he was a gun in the making when he first started out at Geelong, he will only be 25 at the start of next season.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I beleive he is contracted for another year and at present provides handy back up if we were to lose an Ablett, Fosdike or Bolton to injury.

So expect to see him on the ground sometime next year.

After that, it is up to Spriggs himself to prove he is worthy of a spot on the list with the number of young up and coming midfielders we have.

We have to hang on to him.

He's the only chance we have to get a Sydney Swan in the Men of League calender.

        Sorry Bolts and ROK!

obviously a great endurance athlete but really needs to work very very hard on his disposal, and also decision making. he could make it yet - worth persevering with him i say.
