Our Back Line

Our back line or should I say certain individuals in our back line cop a fair bit of critism. Yet I dont mind our back line in fact I quite enjoy watching the back line operate. I see the backline as a whole having all the attributes - courage, good hands, fast, hardnuts, good kicks - yet the only Major thing I see lacking is Bulk / Strength - and plenty of it. With this attribute I believe we would have one of the best backlines going around instead of a middle of the road one.

I agree. I think it would be quite hard playing in the back line as opposed to the forward line in the sense that a forward can have 3 kicks for the game and 3 goals and supporters think they had such a good game whereas in the backline you do not stand out as much and specifically contribute to the scoreboard.
