This is interesting - all of a sudden the rotational policy may be here to stay! Quite a backflip from earlier comments.

Well, it hasn't been too detrimental to the onfield success, since its inception. But it would be nice to have A captain!

Empowering the players through a wide leadership group certainly seems to have inspired them all.

But there's going to be a strong leaning towards the red and white parts of the spectrum when the AFL team leaders' group photo is taken in March!
