    And it seems like just a couple of years ago he was crawling across AAMI in the Port QF . . .

          See above. I don't know what you're talking about.

          Of course you are right - I can rarely watch that Lions game again but have the Port game on DVD. Feel low? Watch the second quarter.

            It was in the Lions prelim that he first showed a couple of signs of what was to come, taking a couple of very strong marks close to the boundary line, and kicking a goal from close to 50m out.

              He's certainly come a long long way since 03.
              He's now my clear tip for most improved player this year. His influence over the last few weeks has been bigger than Bucky. Although Buck has been solid, he hasn't had the impact that Nogccuito has had.

                One of the three reasons our midfield has gone up about two levels. The other two: Goodes and Buchanan.
                He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
