    That had a lot to do with Hafey's idiotic training regime. Bayes describes pre-season camps full of things like dragging logs up hills and through rivers.

    Hafey cost us a flag or two in those years.

      Maybe - we did have a good team. Then again - look at rounds 19 and 20 (and 4 and 8). We struggled against good teams away from the SCG (and sometimes even at home).
