    Yes

All members of Sydney and Geelong have an equal chance of getting tickets to the match. Sydney-based Swans members won't have access to their normal reserved seats and all tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis.
    Once was, now elsewhere

I can't remember from last time (because I remember at Telstra Stadium in the previous years, the members reserve had to get a designated seat there, etc) - is the same applying for the SCG? So reserved seating again even for the Members Reserve at the SCG?

Clearly no-one knows what is going on.

A bloody joke for those of us needing to organise tickets first thing tomorrow morning.

            YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

Sorry everyone, I can't help myself. From the Swans point of view this is shocking that they have to play at the SCG, but for me personally I couldn't be happier. The members will be absolutely chockers on Friday night. I think I'll definitely have to get there before the gates open. But its worth it to get another use out of my SCG membership!!! The atmosphere will be electric!

With my involvement in the local footy comp, I'm glad the final is Friday night because we've got our grand final on Saturday and would have been on a very tight schedule to get from Henson Park to Homebush for a Saturday game.

But these ticketing details are a ****ing joke. The tickets go on sale tomorrow morning, but no-one can tell us how many we can get per membership card? Do we find out while we're in the queue, or will the game be sold out before they decide? Or is it a game of luck with each Ticketek agency making up their own rules before the inevitable system crashes and stuff-ups?
              Piss-up in a brewery anyone?

Damn straight. The AFL site has ticketing info for PAFC vs AFC up already, nothing for SFC vs GFC.

                  Swans-Cats at SCG

But no ticketing info yet - interesting that the time is set for Friday at 8pm - to give people more time to get to the game from work, I suppose.

To give more interstaters time to get home in front of their teles I think is more likely.

Am I being unfair to ask why someone from the club is not gettin g the required info and emailing the members or at the very least putting it on the Website.

The info will appear once the AFL have it - while the AFL don't have it, forget about an email from the club. So quite simply, ask the questions of the AFL.

                        I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

                          s c g seating

Can some one tell me if row G in O'Reilly stand is a decent position to watch the game? Most of you are talking about Bays but my tickets dont mention any Bay just a row and seat number!
                          Thanks!

Anywhere in the O'Reilly stand will give you a very good view of the game. Row G is fairly near the front.

How close to the centre line you are will depend on the seat number, obviously. My tickets are just marginally closer to the pocket that I would like but only by about 6 seats.

Cheers Liz! Cant wait to get there Friday night, its costing us a small fortune for a day and a half in Sydney, but when we win, it will all be worth it!
