    SCG Parking

Where will be park at the SCG?
Will the Moore Park area be open.
Dum decision by AFL - nightmare getting there on a Friday night - with workers trying to get home or get to the game and traffic a nightmare.

Will be the usual situation with parking I'd imagine.

If the Waratahs first game of the Super 12 this year, played on a Fri night, was anything to go by, traffic will be a nightmare. Took me 90mins to get from Nth Ryde to William St that evenig having left the office right on 5pm.

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Im not happy either. I work in the city so ill be at the mercy of the reliable Train network to get home. It will be a nightmare for anyone driving to the game, probably best to leave home thursday night to give yourself time to get there
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

        Randwick Racecourse parking is good.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

If you're coming from the other side of the city just use the new tunnel, take the airport exit which will link you to the ED, and you can be dropped pretty much right outside the SCG. That's if you want to spend as much on tolls as parking

              m19, that's the question isn't it?

If you can save 30 minutes using the freeways/tunnels, it might well be worth the ridiculous tolls!

I will take the train and walk up the Hill Of Death, as I work in St Leonards, but The Boss will drive in, and I daresay she will take the ED to save a bit of trouble.

I hope there's an aftermatch, cos I don't fancy dealing with the carpark straight after the game!!!!!!

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Another option, particularly for those coming from the south, is to park on the streets around lower UNSW/NIDA etc and just catch the bus up Anzac PDe - takes maybe 10 minutes, and costs very little (i.e. free to park! )
