I was actually thinking to myself at half time that Davis could be the man to win that game for us. I actually thought it's quite feasible for him to come out and kick 4 goals and get 10 possessions in the second half.

As it was he did exactly half that - 2 goals and 5 possessions.

Nicky D's last month has been excellent - there has been a lot of improvement there from what we have seen in his years to now at the club. We all know he can be a brilliant player, the key for him now is to get a bit of consistency happening in his play. He should be spending a part of each game on the ball and the other part in floating in the forward line. That way, he can rack up 15 odd touches and hopefully kcik 2 or 3 goals.
            Go you mighty BLOODBOYS!

Actually he's done that a lot this year, I think the question being asked is shouldn't he be getting more like 20 touches in addition to the couple of goals if he's to max his potential?

Amazing what a week can do with all the above comments of this thread.
I think we are very fortunate - if opposition shuts one forward down - one of our others can stand up.
                  Love those Swans

It's still Nicky D. In an interview on now he said that after he kicked the goal Magic tackled him "It was the only tackle he laid all game".

He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
