    Williams shifts focus to Cats

Willo is confident he'll be fit for Friday's match and doesn't blame the controversial free kick decision for the loss.

I'm glad he'll be fit, but I'd really like him firing!
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

      Let's move on!

I'm glad somebody is changing focus on something else than whinging constantly about the last Friday's game. It's gone, water under the bridge. Let's move on. Our team needs to win the game this Friday against the Cats. Shouldn'e we be focusing on that as well?

What we focus on will make no difference to the team's performance this friday. Regardless, I'm over the w/e's result. Bad ref calls are a part of life - the sucky part. The real loser is footy because we fought a good fight, as did the Weagles, yet the mistake is THE focus of angst for all supporters.

Bought my tickets today and hung out over at the Cats board on Big Footy this arvo.

Consensus is that the Cats that showed up at the SCG this year were much depleted with a long injury list and half the 22 struck down with the flu. I do remember seeing Ling walking back to the car/hotel looking like a ghost....Scarlett was well down on form and, apparently, dodgy as well.

The SCG should give us a mental edge but I'm expecting a tough game with a side that's well up in confidence.

Oh yeah, if you get a chance to yell at Mooney and make him angry - do it!

Agree 100%. It will be a tough game so I'm really pleased the Swans are focusing on the game and decided not to send both Barrys to Melbourne for the AA presentation.
