And how many of these wont be on the list next year.

Spriggs, Fixter (sad but always injured) Saddington, Matt Davis, Nicks (retired) Maxfield, Doyle (see Fixter)

We have a solid squad without these players, a real chance to keep topping up while we still have a good squad. A few others are sure to go.

Doyle might get another chance "big men take longer to develop" and all that.

And I like Doyley, but how long do we carry him. He is fragile in a very physical game.

Fixter is the same boat. Terrific skills and courage but that lower leg injury has plagued him for seasons.

            Matt Davis?

I'd be amazed if this bloke isn't on our list next year. Have you seen him at all at reserves level?

He is tall, athletic and skillful. If we want to move Kennelly up to a wing, he must be a prime candidate to slot into the role that Kennelly currently plays.

He is still very slight but, other than that, don't read anything into the fact he's yet to play senior football. He was barely old enough to be drafted last year and was always going to be a long term prospect. Plus he had a slow start to the season after suffering from some groin soreness in the off-season. Sure, it looks like his groin is still causing him some problems, but injury wise he's hardly in the class of James, Fixter or Doyle.

Plus Schmidt and Willoughby are both yet to debut and they were drafted at the same time.

I am pretty confident that he will play senior football, based on what I've seen from him.

Agree Liz, besides both Erikson & Shaw Mathew is our designated project player. Was taken as a very young 17 year old and would not have been expected to play senior football in the first two years and probably will be seen to bearing fruit even if he is only pushing for selection by the end of next year.

Good to hear some feedback on him as being in Melbourne we don't get to see the reserves players play.

From the two times I have seen him play though he looks very promising.

Spriggs has another year on his contract. Fixter I feel unfortunately is so prone to injury - played really well when he has played.
Not sure about Doyle - feel he is slow.
Erickson needs building up in size etc but may be okay.
                  Love those Swans

Are you sure? It could be a one year contract, as he has been on a previous AFL list.

I reckon he has another year.

The Swans ... are believed to have indicated to Spriggs that they are prepared to meet his terms, which include a minimum two-year term.

Another year for Spriggs? Hmmm he is a lucky man....

I'm sure Saddington wille here for another year; his trade value will be zilch, and we aren't exactly overloaded with talls are we?
Same could be said for Doyle if Erickson isn't ready yet....

I can't see Doyle being delisted. When Ball retires we will really be stretched thin in the rucking department.

Radio said Willo and Nog are going to play.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.
