I've listened to webcasts of the 3AW call this season on Friday nights and I love listening to Rex. It's such a nice change from the TV commentary which is all of a similar format.

I really enjoy the fat lady he plays when he considers the game over (came on at the 10min mark 1st quarter in the Dogs Pies game in Rd 22), when he has to REVOSTI it when he's called it too early, and the names he has for the players which is all light-hearted.

My fav call he made this year was when Scott Lucas had the ball 55-60m out from goal, and he called him the Pope, coz it was so unlikely that he would pass the pill.

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Rex is losing his touch, and two successive yearly ratings victories to Triple M is proof. Brian Taylor is now the number one football commentator - radio, at least - in the country, and Triple M, with JB, Spud Frawley, Sam Newman and the rest are the country's #1 team. I for one love BT and JB, but can't stand Rex Hunt.

Triple M is much better, I think.
Go Swannies!! Triple M Rocks Footy!!

For everyone who will be watching the game on TV on tomorrow....please note that Channel 10 has altered it's sheduled start time to 7.30pm for Sydney Viewers. The game will now be screened live as per the rest of Australia. 10 is running commercials this evening advising of the time change!

They must be expecting a sell out.

I don't think I will listen to Rex Hunt - he does rave on a bit - I will listen to 630 at the SCG - as it helps calm my nerves.

Great to see it will be live in Sydney.
If not sold out tomorrow will be very close - so looking forward to a great crowd of supporters - and the Sydney chant.
