    Wow what a performance

    Just watched Sydney beat the magpies, cant believe how well they played total commitment by all players I think this is our best performance over 4 quarters MAYBE WE MIGHT MAKE THE FINALS AFTER ALL,,,,,

      If we keep playing like that it'll be awesome, but for now, I'll take that match to rest on - I'm not sure next week will be overly helpful... :P

          Even when it got hairy in the last quarter it wasn't really us dropping, but Collingwood and Tarrant in particular finding something extra. He carved us up later last year too, exact same thing. Luckily this time we had a big enough buffer.

          177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

              Was the most consistent effort for the season for me. I think that looking at the way the goals were scored qtr by qtr, 4,4,6,3 is a solid effort. To really keep the pressure on the opposition, IMHO, you need to kick at least 3 goals every quarter, and without checking back on my own info, I think this is the first time we've done that this season.

              I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

              If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.
