Yes, but of the teams that are left, Adelaide is probably the only team that plays as close a checking game of contested footy as the Cats. So on a dry track, with those split seconds more to dispose of the pill, we should put in a better performance.

      I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

We are one of the least skilled sides in the comp, no doubt. Absolutely woeful at times tonight.

Ws hoping against hope that there would be no free kick coming out of it, and thankfully there wasn't. It really would had to have been something obvious if there were to be a free awarded.

Just saw the replay of Davis' last goal, and Geelong would be really disappointed with how they defended him. 36 players in the Swans 50 and not a Cat in the frame at the fall of the ball.

OK, people, regardless which players are our favourite, but I'll say this in piece. Bret Kirk for the captain next year.

Live long and prosper Captain Kirk!

Agree on Kirk - plays well week in, week out.

There was about 6 of them standing around - Davis started moving in anticipation of the tap, roved it, didn't take clean possession but managed to control it enough to knock it down onto his left boot and through it went!

And Davis never had control of the footy, and he kicked it with the left.

His Roving Skills have improved tremendously in the last few games,.

He's one of the few with skill.

(Nearly all our skillful players have come from other clubs)

The goal was very bad, my missus had to clean up the beer spillage when I did the Fosbury flop when Nick kicked the goal.

Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeez they can give you the craps!

We need a total re-jig of the side for next week.
