Hose down the pitch for a couple of minutes. Dont slow down the game for us and create fumbles, please...

Absolute lunacy to do it late afternoon. If the teams complained yesterday about the hardness of the ground, why not water it this morning and then let it dry through the day?
It killed the game as a spectacle, and dare I say it wouldn't have been an issue if the game was at Telstra!
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Switching between the League and the AFL tonight, Telstra Stadium looked in perfect conditon no slipping under foot.
Can just see the MCG being watered about lunchtime for the Saints matchPremiers 09,18,33,05

I want the person who requested for sprinklers to be turned on to be shot. You can quote me on this one! Another AFL conspirancy? Why? Because they know Sydney doesn't play good in the wet. Ok, OK, I'm being irational at the moment, I'll be back tomorrow when I calm down...Comment

We kept wondering why Swans players kept slipping as there couldnt have been any dew because of the breeze and warm air temp. Now I know why. Shoot the bastard responsible!Occupational hazards:
I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.Comment

Heard on 702AM yesterday that the watering was ordered by the AFL after Geelong complained about the ground being too hard. Desperate (and nearly successful) attempt by Vlad and his Russian mafia to get us knocked out.Pay peanuts get monkeysComment
