Unbelievable. I really don't know what else to say. One dreams about players having quarters like that.
That last goal ... how much time was left on the clock when he kicked that?"Unbelievable!" -- Nick Davis leaves his mark on the 2005 semi finalComment

Nick Davis has shut his critics up good and proper.
We've always known the skill he has and he showed it with the two right foot snaps and then the winning goal, well, he didn't even take possession, just somehow guided the ball down onto his left boot and through it went!

24 possessions, 4 goals, all in the last quarter and only Swans goalkicker in the 4th. Hmmmmm, now to decide for the 2 and 1 in the TLM.

Fine player - could just about take over the Magic label if it becomes vacant. And wasn't Magic emotional! Nearly as much as us here!He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)Comment

Those scenes with Magic and Davis were great - don't know what he was saying, but I imagined it was reinforcing his belief that Davis really could do the things his team mates always believed he could. Really amazing footage!!Originally posted by dimelb
