    Thanks

I flew to Sydney for Friday night?s game, and I would like to thank the Sydney people I sat with in the Brewongle stand in section U seats around the 100 mark for the friendship through the night, and what fantastic ending too a frustrating night of footy never before have had I heard anything so loud after Nicky D kicked that winning goal. All can say is now is bring on the Saints.

The noise and atmosphere in that last quarter proved that we Sydney fans are as passionate and vocal about our team as anyone else in the country is about theirs.

I flew up to Sydney from Melbourne to watch the game with my brother who barracks for Geelong (poor guy).

The noise in the last quarter was amazing...especially after the last goal. I didn't even hear the siren go it was so loud.

It was nice being in a crowd where a majority barracked for the same side as me .

One thing I noticed was that Sydney people are more passionate when it comes to singing the National Anthem. It sounded like 39000 were singing it. In Melbourne this doesn't happen.

I really really really hope the Swans win this week so I can give it to the St Kilda supporters here at work who have the game won already!

Hi Bazman. That was us you were sitting next to. It was great to share the experience with you and like I said on the night, you brought us luck with your 100% Sydney attendance/win record. Funny watching you cover your ears at the end stating it was the loudest noise you'd heard at a footy game. It sure was reminscent of 1996.

Don't forget to cheer us on with your St Kilda loving brother-in-law Friday night!

Went to the game with my wife and 3 Geelong supporters. All had a good night , although 2 enjoyed it more than 3 did. No rubbishing of cat supporters around us. No separation of supporters. Well done all.

Yes, I am a nerd, but I love singing the anthem before a big match. In fact, it was the best part of the Bledisloe Cup match last month

After rooming with an American girl who sang her school song and the American anthem each night before bed ( ), I think I sing ours with such passion because I am so thankful I'm not an American.
