He delivered to Davis for the one goal I assume Watson thought was more than a half-chance.
He is talking about O'Keefe kicking goals. Otherwise we could say that Kennelly is making "an impression on the scoreboard" (from the kick outs) as he delivers to X, who delivers to Y, who...

Don't be obnoxious, he kicked it directly to Davis.

I think he just kicked it - it happened to find Davis.

However, more importantly "Ryan O'Keefe, who has been very good, was getting the ball up too high to make any impression on the scoreboard" is not an unreasonable comment, particularly when taken in conjunction with us scoring just 7 goals.

You can't be serious. TW is clearly talking about the fact that he is too far out to kick goals himself.

And he clearly failed to acknowledge thats in the second half of the season, ROK was one of the league's leaders in both I50s and effective long kicks (over 40m). Consequently we were a far more attacking side, and won all but two games during that time.

Hopefully GT will also think that ROK's sole contribution to the forward line is in kicking goals. Let's not tell him that as a true attacking midfielder / HFF, his job is to be the link man between our running HBFs and our CHF/FF.

There's no disagreement there.

TW is talking about our goal kicking options (we only kicked 7), not our goal creation options.
