    Merchandise

Just a couple of quick Q's:

Where in Inner Sydney/City is there a good store with alot of Sydney Swans merchandise (possibly cheap)?

And is there any way of getting my hands on the Heritage round jumper? And ebay only has medium sized ones, not big enough

    Thanx.
That's the problem with modern day medicine - there's no more natural selection of the species.
No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

It's not cheap but Rebel have a stack of staff at usual prices.
Didn't see a Heritage Guernsey but wasn't looking.

If you look behind the normal jumpers in that Rebel, you'll find plenty of 2005 Hertiage Jumpers. So yes, you can get the Hertiage Jumper at Rebel Sport in Pitt St Mall

Mick Simmons on George St next to the Hilton has stuff too - although their prices are generally higher than Rebel. Can also try the puma factory outlets in Alexandria and Auburn as well - sometimes get some good deals at those places, but often find that they don't have the full range of sizes available.

I don't know what kind of MERCHANDISE your talking about.

Iv'e had mixed results with Rebel in Sydney. Some don't stock bugger all Swans stuff. The Rebel in Westfields Eastgardens has a little more than most, but still not a large selection of Swannies mechandise.

Its too late now but at the SCG when home games are on they often sell mechandise at at reduced rate in that little building inside, next to the main public entrance.

I wonder if they'll have some at the GF at Manuka for the reserves....

Teks has blow-up Swan mascots for $4!

Broadway Rebel is stocked up with lots of Swans stuff. They had these $19 rugby tops that have gone like hot cakes. I bought 2 (one for Mrs Pebbles)

Otherwise Mick Simmons has a fair bit. But they seem to be $10-$15 more than everyone else. The Swans Melbourne office give members 20% off the cost of all merchandise. And the money goes directly to the club. S if you down for the game on Friday, buy up and help the club out.

Talking of Swans merchandise, I have been hunting high and low for a cream-coloured Swans bucket hat. I wear a navy blue one to/from work most days. I have seen people wearing these cream coloured ones with a burgundy stripe around them at games, but didn't have the nerve to go and approach them. They look really nice. I'm itching to get my mitts on one (and will be scouring the Vic Markets on Friday when in Melbourne)

Can anyone help me here? Keep your eyes peeled kids!

anyone seen the long blow up sticks they bang together in the west. When the away team has a shot (didnt have it in the QF) they clack em together. They would be good for support.

Best & Less sell Swans gear but I doubt they'd have the heritage jumpers. There is a shop on Darlinghurst Road that has all sorts of footy gear. Not really much good for you as you are in Canberra.

Where do Best and Less have a shop on Darlo Rd?

I'm in Sydney every now and again, prob once every two months on average.

Sorry a couple of glasses of red and I'm not expressing myself correctly. Best & Less and the Footy shop on Darlo road are not connected. Can't remember the name of the footy shop but last time I went in there they had all sorts of gear from all footy codes.
