If St Kilda had a fit side, I would say no as well. As it stands, the absence of some KPP players gives us a big chance. Their defence in particular looks a bit light on. Adelaide didn't really have the forward line to punish them in that area, even though McGregor did kick 4.Comment

Nobody outside the Swans team and supporters is giving us any sort of chance. I reckon we will have nothing to lose and thus come away with the win.The Destructive Dan Experience - Featuring Teal.

From the AFL Preview:
"However the one area where the Saints are at full strength is in the midfield and this looms as the decisive factor. Veteran Robert Harvey was unbelievable in the qualifying final and seems hell-bent on finally winning the premiership medal that has eluded him for 17 years while in Luke Ball, Lenny Hayes and Nick Dal Santo, the Saints supplied three members of the All-Australian midfield this year. It's hard to see the Swans being able to contain this dynamic on-ball division after the Saints have had the week off and Sydney is coming off last week's exhausting semi-final win over Geelong. And if the Saints' control the midfield they still have more than enough firepower to win and set up the chance of a first premiership since 1966. St Kilda by 27 points."
And I still think we'll win.Comment

I just find it amazing that our midfield constantly gets overlooked yet has matched it with the best week in week out.
No mention in that AFL preview about our superior ruck division, and so what if Harvey has been trying to win a flag for 17 years.
I couldn't give a stuff about Robert Harvey.
Does he want a flag any more than Willo, Kirky, Goodes or Baz??
Or what about Roosey's 500 or so games of playing and coaching??
Or delivering a flag for club legends Bobby Skilton and Paul Kelly??
Being written off like this only plays into our hands."As everyone knows our style of football is defensive and unattractive, and as such I have completely forgotten how to mark or kick over the years" - Brett Kirk
