Swannies odds vs Saints

I often place a small bet on the Swannies games for fun. When I was at a RSL last night I had a look and saw the TAB had Sydney paying $2.70 for a win. I had a quick look on the net this morning and have seen prices up to $3.15.

I do rate Sydney's chances tonight and may have a little punt. They were paying less for the WC game which I also backed the Swans to win

Does any one else here have a bet on the Swannies games?

I don't punt on the football, but I do take notice of the odds from time to time. The current prices for the Swans are not necessarily indicative of the Swans' odds of winning the game. The betting shops have taken a lot of money for the Saints, and they wish to discourage further plunges on them.

If there were no bets placed and the betting shops were free to set true odds, I believe the odds for the Swans would be around $2.50 to $2.70.

Sydney were over $3 earlier in the week and have come in to $2.70.

If its going to be a slog in the wet they are very attractive odds

If you do fancy a bet go with Total points of the game
under 150 @ 3.2

With the rain and wet conditions goalscoring would be hard.

Worked for me nice last week and if you look last years results it was not far off there with simmilar conditions. I expect swans to be more competitive this time around then last year hence the score to be somewhere around 70-60 for both teams.
Th only thign stoping me for betting high stakes is the ability of Saints to score lots. But for 3.2 worth a try if you think swans will be able to slow the saints scoring down.
