I love this footy club. Nothing worries me or hurts me tonight. I am so excited. Going to Melbourne to see the bloods in a GF> It doesn't get any better.

Wow, just had another look at the scoreboard, and realised we kicked 7 goals to zip in the last quarter. That's unbelievable stuff. Almost a reversal of the 2003 PF against the Lions.

Yep, 7.0 to 0.4. IIRC it was something like 6.6 to 0.1 in 2003.

        I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

I cant believe we have a grand final berth.Yay what a day/night. Sick all night with nerves - felt worse before 3/4 time but happy about the 14 point defict reduced to 7.
Also as a good omen started my video at 1933 - a good omen yay.
Hope Hall gets off - he contributed well - and AFL should get behind him and support him getting off - as they do Lloyd baby.
Golly think of those Melbourne supporters for St Kilda and all of Melbourne - go interstate teams.
          Swans you are wonderful.
Plane tickets booked, Accommodation booked and GF tickets almost booked - 3 of us are there.
          Love those Swans

How does a bloke with two kids (3 yo + .5 yo ) get tickets? I heard Sun was the first opportunity for non-members (could only attend 3 games this season with kids...). Already got flights.

Probably have to look at other people selling tickets, the chances of non members getting tickets is next to none unfortunatly

I watched the last quarter again on the Fox replay - it was 7 goals in about 8 mins of actual time counted down - didn't realise it watching it live, but it was very much like the 2nd quarter against Geelong in respect of get the ball in and kick a goal with just everything going right.

I've said all year that if the Swans play that brand of footy (last quarter) that NO-ONE NO-ONE would be able to beat us.
Hopefully we've got another burst like that in us.

I've been repeating aloud to myself ever since the final siren:

Sydney is in the grand final
Sydney is in the grand final
Sydney is in the grand final
Swans are in the grand final

And it still hasn't sunk in yet!

One to go though everyone, don't get ahead of ourselves.
"It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.

Cheer, cheer the red and the white,
Honour the name by day and by night.
                              Lift that noble banner high,
Shake down the thunder from the sky.
What though the odds be great, or be small,
Swans will go in and win overall.
While her loyal sons are marching,
                              Onward to victory.

I've pretty much been crying all weekend. Not constantly, but every twenty minutes or so I think about the fact we're in the grand final, or catch a glimpse of pictures of the team after the game, and I start to cry.

                                It's getting very embarassing.
