Resting Hamill and Kosi for the grand final - great move.

Play Gerhig in defence - a masterstroke.

Nick Reiwodt - absolte joke who couldn't kick straight to save his life.

Never has a win been more satisfying!!!

Great post Hammo, so bloody true! And a lot of the Saints supporters are ratbags. They are so ungracious when their team is doing well and such bad sports when they lose. One of the highlights of the game was watching them leave early!! Yee-haa!

But we still didn't give it to him. Because we didn't need to. Our team did the talking on the field where it mattered.

            Yeah my sentiments exactly!

I had one feral saints supporters try and start a fight with a few swans fans b/c we had the hide to scream out ball and dare to barrack.

At 3/4 he screamed out "72 years and the mediocre still continues" 10 mins into the final qrt he was no where to be seen.

What I don't understand about Saints supporters is they think they are in the same level of Essendon or Carlton in terms of their past achievements on the field. I thought a club with 26 spoons and 1 flag in over 100 years would be as humble as we are. But most of the saints fans are arrogant sods.

As far as the saints are concerned, well the ones around me on friday night anyway, plugger and Baz were pinched by us. I had to remind them that the reason they left was b/c of culture.

They are "special" group the St Kilda fans.

Anyway was funny seeing the mass exodus with 10 mins to go. We were waving them good bye!

Just like they stole Jayson Daniels and Troy Gray.

in referrence to the get stuffed bit of your post ! that is not a nice thing to say and in my opinion should not have been said !

i wanted to see a good game of footy and i did the umps were pretty good for a change and they better remain that way

Hall hopefully does not get cited as i think there was nothing in it

i agree with newbie with what he said

what bought them undone was to bring so many underdone players to the game. After the half time, most of those players were spent for the night and had no petrol left in the tank.
at least they gave it a try and hopefully you guys beat west coast cause i think your players are playing better footy than that mob

stkilda fans should remember that only university and the brisbane bears have a worse winning % than them.
Considering the length of time they have been in the league, since the start if im correct, they must be the least successful side of all time.

The fans seem to think they have 30 premierships and are regulars in the finals!

                    1 University 1908 1914 126 27 97 2 21.43

                    and also i forgot this

you had to have a degree to play i think, cant imagine they would have a strong list that often if they still existed!
