    Reserves Grand Final

    Hi All,
Just hoping someone would be able to confirm what time kick off is at Manuka Oval tomorrow for the Swans Reserves final, and more importantly if there will be bar facilities
    Ta!
P.S I hope Heath James is playing and has a blinder!

Talking about the reserves, a close friend of my son who lives in Canberra said that Ben Fixter will play tomorrow and then retire due to the frustration of continual injury.

Said to be done and dusted.

I'm just hoping the weather is nothing like what it is now in Canberra, otherwise it's going to be a horrible ol game to watch.. who were the emergencies from last night, and are they included in that team line up??

Ed Clarke on the bench doesn't look good for his chances of promotion.

The emergencies were Schauble, Vogels and Malceski and they've all been named. They might rest Schauble/Vogels for extensive periods though as a stand-by for Hall IMO.

Why, they haven't played for 2 weeks so will need the hitout. With your logic why dont we just send them to the Gold Coast for a few days so they can come back refreshed and soft.

I hope Vogels has a great game then tomorrow. No offence to Bevan but certainly Vogels seems hard done by to have played so many good/consistant games this year and be missing out on senior AFL Finals action. They had an interview a few weeks back with him on Inside Footy saying how great it was going to be playing in the Seniors Finals campaign...

We will need his heighrt against the weagles.

Bevo is too slow to match any of the WC midfielders or any others for that matter.

If Belconnen play as bad as they did a few weeks ago the game would be over by half time.

I understood for Geelong we needed a more versatile player, but i agree definately for this West Coast game Vogels seems to be a better option.
What do you think will happen to Saddington? He must be feeling it right now, having all the guys he not so long ago played along side about to experience one of the biggest weeks of their lives.

                        Yup.

It's not like any of the rest of the team that will take on the Wiggles next week put their feet up next week.

Belconnen pushed the Swans to the end in the final H&A game. Surprised to see Heath James named. The way he came off the last time a fortnight ago (he dragged himself 3 or 4 times)I was sure his leg had all but fallen off. Understandable I know given his history but I think he is a little paranoid about injuries. All Fleurbie is spot on with the weather - if you are traveling to Manuka tomorrow, bring a coat.

Yes, a wonderful imagination, a sense of the absurd and the ability to convince small children that giants, fairies and pumpkins turned coaches really exist
