    Mad fan lawn art

    G'day all,

My wife and I have been barracking for the Bloods for years and I've finally got on this forum! Some of the cheer squad met us at the Bulldogs game this year and kindly let us sit in the cheer squad. We are country members from near Lithgow.

Here (http://www.lark.id.au/images/IMG_4264rs.jpg) is a photo of our front lawn, I couldn't help myself..... We didn't get a chance to do this in '96 so I figured this weekend was the time to show our colours.

Take care all - have a great week.

    Drew and Fiona.

How long did that take you and what tools were required? Great job!

It took about an hour and a half. I fussed for ages getting the proportions right.

We used the garden hose to mark out the straight lines, and I even resorted to the use of a tape measure at one point.

The outline was cut with the whipper-snipper and the main section was mown down with the mower. Then the fine details were touched up with the whipper-snipper.

I might get out there with the scissors and give it a haircut in the morning. (Not)

It will definately be getting a trim and touch up on Saturday morning though.

                Cheers all,

                Drew.

That's the problem with modern day medicine - there's no more natural selection of the species.
No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

If it gets into the Tele, make sure that RWO gets a mention.
