    Injury update?

Was wondering if anyone in Sydney has heard the most recent bulletin re. injuries. I heard Larkins this morning and he mentioned Ball's ankle as being not insignificant, especially as it occurred on the medial side. A mate said he was limping badly at the hotel on Saturday morning. They also showed footage of Crouch's knee being attended to and Larkins suggested that he would be pretty sore from that injury. Brookner on 774 said that Crouch experienced bleeding through the bandage in his shoulder which indicated he had been jabbed. Ablett is still probably carrying a knee and Davis appeared to get a knock on his suspect ankle.

its pretty common for players to play with niggling injuries

    gehrig's hamstring
william's thighs (i think? keeps getting corkies?)

im confident the same team will run out, with barry hall.

havn't seen anything on the websites about injury or any news.

      For the firsts - no.

But Vogels has done his achilles in the Ressies GF and Mc.Veigh's done his ankle.
FWIW . Nick Malceski is fine and was BOG.
Andrew Schauble unscathed and played a "solid" game.

Does that mean, that if Hall is suspended, Schauble is a virtual certainty?

Longmire was on today and said that they receive the medical reports this morning but he thinks everyone pulled up all right. They were calling Colonel Schulz he was given so little away.

We can thank Latham for the resurgence in that Nickname...

Here is an injury update from the HUN website. It makes good reading.

Summary: two injured Swans should play, three injured Eagles are doubtful.

Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

Agreed. If Hally doesn't get off, and Vogels wasn't injured, it would have been one of the great stories in football. Last year a B&F for Terang-Mortlake, this year an AFL Grand Final and premiership medallion (hopefully).

Well at least Vogels got an ACTAFL premiership medallion But still, says it all, really. Could have seen him kicking a couple in the GF, not starring, but doing a job in Hall's absence...Anyway I'm sure he will stay on the list next year - nice to have a spare young tall option up forward.

Wah? I thought it was a hamstring twinge?
