I think the guy should have been captain from round 1 this year.

A captain who places himself in harms way by throwing his body on the line every time or one who places himself in harms way by punching (no matter how ineffective it was) an opponent.

I know which one I choose.

Barry's had quiet periods before (Scarlet, Glass & Haddrill have all caused him problems) and he's kept playing like a well behaved lad for years. So why smack soeone now? Is the captaincy that big an issue?
