Was soo excited this morning coming to work, everyone at work was pleased for me. Then we find out about BBB.

I feel flat as a tack at the moment.

Cmon people, please lets be nice to each other this week! And regardless of what happens with Hall, dont let it spoil this week for you. We've waited nine long years to be in another grand final.

I'm with the cow on this one, yeah, I feel really flat at the moment as the Hall thing threatens to ruin what should be the best week for a footy fan as Diego said, but I'm not going to let it, regardless of what happens tomorrow night.

        WE'RE IN THE GRAND FINAL!!!

It ain't over till it's over - the way this season has gone, it just wouldn't be right for Grand Final week to be all plain sailing! This team never likes to do things the easy way

Fricken emotional rollercoaster. I want to get off. I'm trying to stay positive but this just really drives home what a stupid, selfish, thoughtless act it was on Halls behalf.

I am still in absolute shock!

            Been since the fourth quarter!lol.

As a swans supporter, this year is really my first GF whilst we made in 1996,i was more a casual supporter back then and didn't start to go to games until the season after.

I really wish i could be in Melbourne this weekend to feel, smell, taste and see the excitement of Grand Final week.

Look,we are all worried about Bazza and rightly so but lets not forget about the other blokes weraring the red and the white on Grand Final.

Just imagine what is going through their minds!

            GO YOU MIGHTY SWANS!!!!

Well done Craig Bolton for getting the co- captaincy in 2008.

Your determination, your tenacity and your under-rated skill is why you have become my favourite player!

I've been to every GF since '94. The build up to '96 was sensational and this is looking just as exciting. Hopefully the result will be different.

              Can't wait. Go Bloods!!

All my colleauges have had something to say about the GF - and I just tell em that it will all work out.

They are all happy that the Swans made it (and that means I'm happy!) The boss reckons that I'm going to be pretty much useless until I leave on thursday - he's right there. But now that we have the accomodation and transport organised its all systems go.

no matter what happens (and you all know how I feel about Baz) the team can do with or without him - have faith - I'll even get the god bothering mother on prayer trail (she has a lost of pull with god! - it worked with the Geelong game)

                cheer cheer
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

I?ve been a footy fan since 1960 and my team has never even made the Grannie ? until now. This is my time!! Even the Bazza business has not dampened me, if he?s not there the boys will lift. The only grand final I ever attended (1970) is still imprinted on my brain and even though it was 35 years ago I can remember individual details like they were yesterday. Bring it on.

Just thought I'd bring this one back up.
I'm so excited and the gloss is back now Barry is clear to play.
Must go an iron the next red and white outfit for tomorrow.
Colleagues have commented that I seem to be wearing red a lot....can't think why.
                    Bring it on!

No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

I started this thread when the trhill of the win was still strong. But the last few days have been like an eternal holding pattern. Now we can start getting excited. I realised on Friday night that, deep down, I never really expected to see the Swannies play in a Grand Final. I four days we will.
