    Chf

Realistically, Hall is probably now only a 30% chance of playing this week.

So who do we put at CHF. Vogels is out. The only other tall option in the 2's would be Schuable.
Schuable may be included in the team, but I'd say Goodes will line up at CHF. That would mean we'd need a midfield replacement, and probably Malceski would be considered. Then are we going in to short against the toast ?

Will we rue the chance to give Schuabs a couple of senior games in the later rounds to get him up to AFL speed ?

I guess Saddo is the other option, maybe not as the CHF, which Goodes could do, but as a tall that will take one of their tall defenders.

Or, and I know this is very very unlikely, Grundy's been kicking bagfuls so he could be a chance. Imagine that story, making your debut in a GF.

saddo's out with some kind of injury isn't he?
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

you have got to be kidding.

schauble is the experienced man for the job. what we need is a steady head with a bigger body - our real firepower will come from those around him.

                  Yeah, agree.

Having said that, I dont think Hall is 30% likely.

If we go with Goodes at CHF we MUST have a back up option. I think we will see Schaubs come in if Barry doesn't play.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I know this might be a wild idea!

BUT, I would put Schauble as full-back and Leo Barry a CHF.

Don't forget that Rodney Eade was grooming leaper as Pluggers replacement. I reckon our defence would hold against the Eagles without him!

CHF must be the worst possible position to lose a star player from for a Grand Final.

Schauble will play CHF before Leo. Heck, even LRT will play CHF before Leo. Leo's our best defender and he's not moving anywhere.

Ireland said that the lads were only going to be allowed a few beers on the bus on the way home. They are training with the Seniors this week.
