    Should Jason Ball...

...just wander around thumping blokes on Sat, given that a 26 week ban is not likely to be enforced by the ASX?

Yep - I reckon he should knock out Judd, Kerr and Cousins in the first minute. How cool to be a big bloke and play in a grand final for your last game!!

Just line up midfielders at centre bounces. Not contest a ruck contest until there are less than 15 conscious eagles

They are going to pay soft ruck frees anyway, so why not?

            Go for it I say.

Maybe he could take down a few Wet Toast feral supporters after the match as well.

He just seems too nice a bloke.
...but yes, all things considered he should see 10 weeks as a benchmark.

If McLaren is umpiring the game, Bally could punch him in the nose and make it all red and bulbous.

                        Just realised, it already is.

No, because it will not make the game memorable for the right reasons. If it's a Swans premiership, I would rather see examples of Ball's last-game brilliance.

Don't forget, if we win we're all going to be buying DVDs of the game!

there was an interesting analysis of lynch's actions in the 2004 grand final that i saw this week. the suggestion was that he was told to take wakelin out if he could no longer perform in the match. he found the idea distasteful but didn't want to disobey so instead he threw huge, obvious haymakers that wakelin was easily able to avoid.

still, a terrible last image of a great player.
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know

I dont think Ball is the type to throw punches, but he could definately deliver a few high hip and shoulders.

But If barry hall plays, I say, unleash the fists barry. I dont care if you are suspended for 10 weeks next year....win us a flag.
