How before the game they were all cocky blah blah what strip do we wear too the grandfinal, its only sydney not a good team like WCE or adelaide.

then as soon as they lose (a large proportion) of them blamed it instantly on injuries, even though they knew they had those injuries on monday yet they still continued to talk it up.

Truth is, I think MOST of the fans over there are well below 16yrs of age. Well at least from a mental perspective. St Kilda was the cool team to support, supposedly because they were full of youngsters, and a sure thing to win the GF. I remember my youthful days too, when everyone supported Parramatta.

Mind you, I love the way so many of their fans call Bazza a "sniper" or "cowardly". This is the man who openly admits he would love to go a few rounds with Mike Tyson. Welllll... oookkkkay. "Scary" is a word I would use.

there are always issues for every club in a draw where you only play 7 clubs twice (it is 7 isnt it?) and when the main ground in melbourne is unavilable early on.

If richmond didnt get that game they would be complaining they had all away games early. Stkilda need to be able to win at the g anyway, not like richmond are unbeatable at the mcg.

its a national comp it involves travel, to win a flag u have to be able to win anywhere. Saints fans claim to have the best list, so it shouldnt matter where they play!
