apparently all is not as rosy as it seems down st george way . word is many players are unhappy about the lack of rotations the coaching staff make with certain players selected only playing one to two quarters maximum a game. I have heard that campbelltwon are in the ear of a couple of the players affected as well as balmain who are talking to another............................ -
I dont know if what TT is saying is true but if it is IMO it is poor form to be in players ears to try and get them to change clubs during a season.Comment

I am an avid Penno fan and if a team is 4 and 0 they must be doing something right down there this year.
Just goes to show that even in a winning culture there may be 1-2 disgruntled players. Spose these guys need to work harder.
I bet there are many more players in the league who wish they they were in a team undefeated this.
Its funny that it is always the same teams trying to poach/buy players as they are unable to develop their own
Go Penno- only 7 pts. We are not far off.

Tigers unwanted
I hear at Tiger Town that several of their players have approached other clubs.
However due to the fact the club is yet to register, teams do not same the worth of what Tigers would have paid for this outfit.

Unfortunately Humphrey, TT is half right.
Some of the teenagers at the club have been approached by another club in the last few weeks to leave a winning senior side to play elsewhere for financial inducements but not suprisingly they have knocked that club back.
As for saying that many players are unhappy, i can only go on results of the senior team, numbers at training/functions and the feeling around the club. I can assure you that we are further advanced in all those areas than the initial goals Damian and I had set.
I can assure you that rumours started by someone from another club on RWO will not stand in the way of the club trying to achieve our goals for 2006.Comment

good old balmain tryiong to buy out of a o-4 start?
they couldnt even stay through a international rules comp with out walking out!
they struggle, they are now throwing dollars, and from next season we all hear they will be the balmain dockers!!!
i am sure in every football club there are the one or two not happy, and well obviously st george are doiung something right as they are 4 and zip, keep trying balmain approach all u like however instead of trying to get new additions, put results on track and u may keep your own backyard happy.Last edited by trouble; 12 May 2006, 04:31 PM.Comment

Believe it or not fellas most players leave clubs because they are unhappy, not for $.
As for things not being rosy when your 4-0, I find that a bit hard to believe.
There will always be individuals who for their own reasons will be unhappy with something. You can't please everyone! On The TrailComment
