Show Us Your Tips - Mens Premier Division Round 4 - April 25-26

Please get tips in before Friday 25th - the first game for the round is on the Friday public holiday. Inner West Magpies always do a great job with the ANZAC Day game; and I'm sure this will be no exception.

    Updating the tipping ladder:
    Super strapper - 10.5 (5)
    justabaraker - 10.5 (4)
    Norris Lurker - 7.5 (3)
    Felixandfriend - 6.5 )3) - Non-tip 2

Felixandfriend will need to post this week to avoid elimination.

    This week's matches:
Inner West Magpies v Pennant Hills Demons (Picken Oval, Friday 1:10pm)
    Manly-Warringah Wolves v UNSW-ES Bulldogs (Weldon Oval, Saturday 2:00pm)
South-West Sydney Blues v St George Dragons (Rosedale Oval, Saturday 2:30pm)
Sydney University Students v UTS Bats (Sydney Uni No 1 Oval, Saturday 3:00pm)
North Shore Bombers v East Coast Eagles (Gore Hill Oval, Saturday 3:00pm)

    My tips:
    Pennant Hills
    Manly
    St George
    Sydney Uni
    North Shore

As usual, a terrific Anzac Day event at Picken today - the weather looked threatening but in the end we were treated to a comfortable day. Lots of families, dogs, budding AFL footballers
The Club and the Hurleston Park RSL provided a moving ceremony, with an excellent address by Todd Williams.
The footy was hotly contested as it always is on this day, the Magpie burgers were to die for and the big crowd was treated to a top day.

A special mention of the new memorial wall (or whatever it's called) along the western wing. The Club and the RSL are to be congratulated for this welcome addition to Picken.

        Cheers all round !
