Well lads i'm back from the good ol emerald isle.
Since the international rules is on next weekend i'm gonna put the question out to see if anyone is interested in having another preseason comp??

Ding Ding Ding Ding.Depending on who is coaching out here Irish,i'll say the Jets will be back this year,with a few essential things to help us.1.sunscreen(i turned blue that weekend,thanks to my Irish heritage).2.plenty more players than last year(thanks to Rams players and the SWS contingent for their help last year .3. some shade 4. more shade and sunscreen. 5.a clue on how the ball bounces(true,it bounces TRUE!)All of SYDNEY FOOTY should try this,a great day if ever i've had one,and some of the best distractions on the boundary i might add.Love your work Irish,will you be representing Ctown or SWS or Barbarians this year?

Don't know, i'd love to play in the C'town ressies again but i'm movin to Leichhardt next week so I might give the oval ball ( true, it bounces TRUE!) a skip

What I want to know is clubs preferred time of year, number of teams ....etc, or if there should be one at all?

As you know I a decrepid cripple and thats prior to retireing on medical advice but even I would be interested in putting my boots on if ye r playing.

Dont stir him he's already touchy enough.

Acutally I know what the problem is - he has to work late tonite and drive home afterwards - Alcohol withdrawals.

Beds avail if you need it - couch is free as well if you'd prefer.

Welcome back Irish

I am about to fly out on Tuesday to the land of green on a fact-finding mission for the comp - actually I am playing in the over 35 matches that are curtain raisers to the main tests which is going to be unbelievable - I reckon the pre-season comp would definitely be a goer again! Go for it!
