How delighted will all the Sydney AFL followers be when they turn up at the SCG on Saturday night to witness "a celebration of AFL in Canberra"?

What is the benefit to Sydney footy of this promotion?

Just for a change the NSWAFL shows where they choose to promote the game. Sydney has by far the biggest potential market and yet little is done by the NSWAFL or the Swans in terms of promoting it. (Despite what the swans claim they do there only actual promotion is when they are winning on the field).
