Kefalas is looking sensational! He's had his best ever pre-season and will be even more of a force this year.

Abbott is the fittest he's been in a very long time, he has been doing that many beach runs he's now being head hunted for Bondi Rescue.

Luff is his usual dynamic self.

Nicks has been fantastic so far and captures the boys attention really well.

but unfortunately, Lavery is looking very round. He'll be lucky if he makes the field at this stage. I think he'll be rolled away by oompa loompas before Round 1.
