Insure that when Ranga & others get drafted, they don't stiff you & the club again,as they did with the other 5 who came through your ranks. Remember that AFL standard contacts state that the junior club of the draftee recieves the bonus not a senior club!

Lee you have plenty of pull in at AFL HQ don't allow them to steam roll the club. They owe Westbrook plenty of the folding not to mention the apology they owe the local community for there mis statements.

Which 5 players have been drafted from westbrook? Only one (could be more???) to my knowledge, Adam Chatfeild to Carlton in 1998. And who has been doing the 'stiffing'?

Westbrook Bulldogs is a junior club from the Hills District who from what I can gather have always had very strong teams.
They usually feed to Pennant Hills but this year joined with Macquarie University to form the Westbrook-Macquarie team in the Challenge Cup.
But the question of who the kid is still hasn't been answered.

The name comes from a combination of WEST Pennant Hills and CherryBROOK. But i am sure the all-knowing Rooboy could have explained that to you.

Hawthorn snapped up a kid from Westbrook as well just recently. Not sure if there is any others though.
