St George by 67 points - the Gong continues to give their all in every match, but they still lack experience to go with the better teams, as well as making too many errors. The Crows have barely put a foot wrong this year and won't break stride in this one. Pennant Hills by 10 points - What a match for the Aurora Sydney AFL match of the round. Penno was in good nick down the highway while the Bombers will be looking to bounce back from last week. The Ern won't allow them to run any more than Village Green. East Coast by 40 points - The Eagles are still not firing on all cylinders, but they won't let Sydney Uni sneak under their guard for a second time this season. Campbelltown by 28 points - Did the Blues turn the corner last week? There is no team they would have a bigger home ground advantage (sizewise) against than the Bulldogs. UES is in top form though.... Western Suburbs by 68 points - the Magpies smashed the Dockers senseless earlier in the year and I expect them to do it again. Wests will cause some problems for the top teams towards the pointy end of the season and they should win this easily.
"It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.
