    Balmain

Not sure if anyone else was at the Balmain game today, i was lucky enough to be walking my dog and noticed them playing, and got to catch the last quater and a bit.
They seriously seem to be lacking some depth and on field leaders.
I laughed when i saw a player in the No 1 guersney playing ( Kyprianou ), though he did manage to kick a goal.
Is the depth really struggling this much?????

Spoke with a few of the players after the game, and Balmain should start there recruitment now as alot of players have had enough of loosing and are either looking for new clubs or changing codes which is a real shame for AFL.
There is a few good players to be picked up if it is the case in BK, Bowles, Curzon, Robert Allen,

Kyprianou aka Kipper retired three years ago - must be at least 35.

They had an article in one of the local papers a few weeks ago in which the President (Joull?) was quoted as saying they were "desperate" for players.

they must be really desperate. He looked like he would have struggled to get into the guernsey.
Where do they go from here now? Looking forward, and restoring the famous club?

              Leave Kipper out of this.

He might be the only good bloke left down there.

Say what you will about Kipper, he may be a bit fat and slow these days but hes still has the touch of a class player. He has played close to 350 games for the club and has always been a tigers man who would give his all for the club

Think you are referring to Mr Yole who used to head up the umpires. Hardly a glowing reference point though to be fair that would not be an easy gig.....

Hard to see where they go really, my understanding is that they used the Sports Club as a cash cow and the goose is no longer laying any eggs.....

Did balmain finish with the wooden spoon last year? If they did i would expect them to get it 2 years in a row.
Is Yole the right man for the job over there?
DO they need to wipe out the whole committee and start a fresh?

Sledge or should l say Kanga Coach.

All things point to you kanga as clearly the C/Town committee is going to ar*e hole you and the end of the season for punching up the young players.
Haven't you moved on, first you just burnt the kids & familys now that peolpe are a wake to you you now try to knock them out. Clearly you are looking for another job.

Balmain knows how you burn't us @ St.G and lost.
