    Campbelltown

Word is the once mighty campbelltown are going to be struggling to field 2 sides this year. Numbers of 10 - 15 at training so far not good for a premier league side

Where'd you go Bert? lol. Nah, I'm staying at Balmain for the craic. My head still hurts from the 'Simmo incident'.....

But anyways, is Leasy staying where he was last year or what?
Tara, you seem to know everything that goes on, have to stolen him like ye did a few years ago?

Struth gents,as the Black Eyed Peas sung, Where Is The Love?why all the deleted posts? And has the Camden site forum been cancelled? What a shame, was fun reading the pot shots from the fella from Bargo, even though his grammar was a little sub par. And who can confirm or deny the C'town training numbers? Coz if only 15 are training that cant be good.

I'm sure the numbers will pick up as the season gets closer; but if radar's radar is accurate, 15 isn't particularly inspiring.

How many are other clubs getting?

Our numbers are solid at Richmond mate 50 plus pre xmas and about another 30 since we started last month. With Penriff going at 18s alone this year-which i'm far from happy with, but at same time it was expected-any eligible 18s we get will be at East Coast. Not sure how Riff are going with numbers, but i hear its not exactly healthy. They always seem to field two teams in the past though.

Pekay, we've had almost 60 different senior guys at training so far which is a big improvement on last year especially. Getting about 20-25 per night which is OK. A large number of new guys have shown up which is encouraging, not sure where you heard we were struggling.

The 18's started last night and had 20 there which was good considering the weather over the past few days. My understanding is that we enquired about the possibility of joining with you guys again but were told that you planned to look towards East Coast and that their Challenge Cup team would go by your name. I could be wrong though!

We have been getting around 20 senior players each night at training which wouldnt look great if you drove past but that doesnt include our 18s who train seperate at the moment. We have had about 30-35 diff guys there over the diff nights so it isnt as bad as some would think. Alot of the ressies guys take a bit longer to get down so im sure it will improve over the next few weeks.
The edge is not the limit, It's just the starting point...

DLH,my unreliable source has since been terminated, good to hear numbers are strong. On the 18s subject,my understanding is we had reps from both clubs meet after last season and even with our fledgling alliance with East Coast starting this year, we still wanted the Ramjets to continue at least thru 08,i believe it was an element within the Penrith Emu Plains juniors who decided to stand alone, initially without either senior club support. Thats the mail i got anyway.i thought the boys were great together.
