So you think losing by 100 points is bad?

You'd be absolutely dirty if you kicked a lazy 17 and looked at the scoresheet to find you're not the highest goalscorer. Wouldn't happen too often.

Ironically (not really, i'm just a footy nerd) that equals the Sydney Football's highest score of 81.49-535, scored by Uni NSW reserves against Blacktown, who scored 0.1-1 back in 1995. That was their last year in competition before the Holroyd-Parramatta merger/takeover/whatever it was.
I'll find the link from bigfooty.com to the highest scores in the country.

That would be this one - and yes, I do admit to this thread being my source for the plight of the Eagles.

Did SFA 2nd Division (or whatever comp UNSW played Blacktown in) have time-on in those days?
I find it hard to believe it would be possible for a team to accumulate 130 scoring shots in flat 22-minute quarters.

The comp was Division one and yes we did have time on in those days.

Thought we needed an update on poor old Callington.

              Round 16: Callington bye.
Round 17: Meadows 48.34 322 def Callington 1.1 7. (Meadows are second last).

              Only one to go boys.

Here's some more mind-boggling scores I've managed to find on BigFooty:

Geelong West at Williamstown on 23/7/1983 (U19 3rds VFA Game)
                        Williamstown 15.9 44.17 76.20 110.27 (687)
                        Geelong West 1.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 (12)
                        Note: S Cooke 46 goals

                        Under 14s - 17/6/1967
                        Noble Park 69.15 (429)
                        Dandenong South 0.0 (0)
Note: Doug Ensor scored 60 goals and 8 behinds in four 15 minute quarters and 8 minutes of time on. He scored 40 goals the next week and got dropped.

Geelong West also had the following kicked against them:
                        Preston Thirds 74.31.475 d. Geelong West 1.1.7
                        Brunswick 77.44.506 d. Geelong West 0.0.0 (3 weeks later)

                        Geelong West Under-19s in 1981 - In order the defeats were: 275 points, 344, 238, 468, 161, 147, 506, 258, 141, 201, 183, 174, 159, 282, 251, 216 and 190.
Surprisingly, the side actually won one game to blemish an amazing record, beating Caulfield by 10 points on 26 July. Caulfield had won by 161 points at the previous meeting. Geelong West ended the season with 4525 points kicked against, 454 for and a percentage of 10.
It beat this in 1987 by having 5530 points scored against and 541 for, with a percentage of 9.7.
From 1983 to 1987 Geelong West also had scores of 88.23 (551) and 92.30 (582) recorded against it.

Most Behinds / Points in a Game:
                        Holroyd Parramatta 58.54.402 - Sydney DFA 1984
Old Launceston 64.53.437 - TAFL (Northern Div) 1964
                        Illabarook 50.52.352 - Western Plains FL 1988
                        NSW Uni 81.49.535 - Sydney FA 1994
                        Cambridge 52.46.358 - Tasman FA 1993
                        Gibson 60.45.405 - Esperance DFL 1986
