The same clubs are in Premier Division and Under 18s Premier Cup next year. The seniors and under 18s will always be at the same ground on the same day and no Premier Division club will be split 3 ways (unless they field more than 3 teams).
Balmain will have all 3 grades together for every home game, and also for any away games where the other team fields a Second Division team. On other occasions the reserves will be at a different venue to the seniors and under 18s, but you won't have Balmain's 3 grades not playing together any less than what happened this year.

When North Shore had two teams in the Under 18s Premier Cup a couple of years ago, that was the case. I imagine it would be the same for Riverview.

Regarding Riverview, watch for a lot of Riverina boys to be arriving as boarders on scholarships ... aparently part of the GWS TAC Cup plans ... could be yet another lop sided CC season

Interesting.. So ECE 3rds and NWJ 1sts have basically traded places, Pekay?

177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Would this not be the perfect utilisation opportunity of the alliance? ie the better ECE and NWJ players (not selected in PL and Div 1 of course) playing in NWJ in Div 2 and the others in ECE colours in Div 4?

so in division two we play the norwest eagles i suppose thats one way to win a premiership. And also wollongong lost a lot of players to the south coast league due to the travel look at last years clearances.

That's correct Des. We applied to go up, the Eagles applied to go down. That is the reason the switch occurred without either team finishing 1st/last.

It would be a possibility, but at this stage the only thing that will change to last year is the Division the two teams in question are playing in. The ECE team is in Div 3, not 4, where our reserves are. Part of the Alliance is no NWJ team is in the same Division as an ECE team if it can be helped.

No, Show, in Division Two you will be playing the Nor-West Jets. We are looking forward to taking you on at Drummoyne and welcoming you out to Bensons Lane so we can challenge ourselves against the might and power of players from a Premier League club.

Wouldn't worry about the heckling from the balcony.......actually, yes I would. It's worse these days!
