    Off again...

His 8th club in 8 years...

    From the Brisbane Lions website:

    "JARJOURA JOINS EXODUS
    Friday, 22nd January, 2010
Gun full forward Luke Jarjoura has joined a heavy off-season exodus from the Southport Sharks.
Football Manager Jason Cotter today confirmed that Jarjoura, the No.4 goal-kicker in the QAFL State League last year, would move to Shepparton for employment reasons and would be lost to the competition.
Jarjoura, formerly from ACT club Ainslie and SANFL club Sturt, played all 21 games and kicked a club-high 60 goals in his first season with the Sharks, including 10 against the Western Magpies in Round 4."

Shepparton News has a story which is an ammusing read. Unfortunately you need a subscriber membership to read the whole thing. Anyone able to copy and paste?

The corresponding article under that headline was that Shepparton McDonalds had just employed 3 more full-time staff to help cater for the big units move..

                    Thanks for the article Dunger.

To have played for 8 clubs would give him the title of well travelled journeyman.
It may not be a record, but it's more than most will manage in their careers. But there may be other cases of people having played for 8 or more clubs.......

Glenn Page was pushing that barrow, but not that far!
However, I'd like to have a few of those clubs on my CV.

Massive kick, great leap on him, was national high jump rep in juniors for memory. Great bloke, haven't seen him in ages. Say hi to him for me if he's still playing.
