Swans reserves using top up players from scholarships and academy
GWS reserves using scholarships and academies
Two eastern league clubs taking at least 44 players each week out of SAFL but possibly more.

The SAFL will become the third tier for players in Sydney thereby weakening the competition significantly until such time as a lot more players start playing

Hey why don?t you & Oscar pop down to Drummoyne Oval & take a look at the real home of AFL football in Sydney & see why we are the real future of SAFL (unlike the jets & EC).
You can both have a beer & go over old times in 1 of the bars (we have 3) or sit in the grandstand seats & discuss that fateful day that ended your playing career.
Wouldn't have happened at Drummoyne.

lol, geez, I was planning to come down to the "real home of AFL football in Sydney", but apparently the real home can't handle a bit of water....... I suppose it makes sense, it is a cricket ground after all.
