Right..... So that's why they wouldn't have a bar of him when he applied for the vacant job a few years ago. The bloke's had more clubs than Tiger Woods and he usually gets found out eventually. Wouldn't imagine there's too many blokes at your club that are still there from his player-coaching days, he was great to play against but he made your club a laughing stock

Fair enough re the young bloke having a run at Penno, can't blame a lad for wanting to have a crack at the highest level...

Only if they went to him but even then I think it reasonable when it involves jumping a couple of divisions. Young blokes should try and play at the highest level. If they do not like it or do not make it come back to your local club as a better footballer. To me poaching is targetting a bloke and seducing him, usually with money or a new girlfriend or whatever

Agree with you there Beame, he went of his own fruition.
In respect to the Kev comment, can't comment on others perceptions.
Just because he doesnt get another shot at coaching doesnt mean he isnt welcolme at the club. He played post coaching in a very succesful era at the club, 3 Peat years. Dont know about knock backs for coaching rolls.
Leave that to the powers to be.

Kev played in ZERO grand finals for the Kookas, think he was only there as a bit part player in 98 before sooking off. To suggest that he had any meaningful contribution to that era is completely fanciful. Sure he'll tell you differently though....

Whether you are in the Grandfinal or only played in 1 winning game during a premiership season you still had a part, dont you kow there are no bit parts just parts, about 21 of them. Its the 1% that make a 100%.
Im going to very very disappointed if this isnt the case as it has taken me a long time to beleive this, long hours of looking at myself in the mirror saying " if you weren't at training during the week and talked as hard as I did maybe they wouldnt have won". If they didnt get that drink of water they wouldnt of got to the ball. Etc Etc

I guess Darren Creswell won't be playing for Wests this year.

West have been hit ahrd with departures

                          Linsens, cresswell, kassems, Lily, Watkins

                          The list grows and grows.

Would have to think they will drop outside the top 5.

Will Campbelltown be able to field a side in Premier division with their notable losses???

Looks like it did take off... Further proof that fact, truth and evidence have no place on this forum.

Further to that list though, I believe you can add Withers, Lees (retired) and possibly Bray should he get picked up in today's rookie draft.
