Saw SHH last night at the Phelan and he'd clearly had a few, goodness knows how he got home.....

It's common knowledge for those in the know that the maximum alcohol level is raised to .051 on Phelan Medal Night. To prove my attitude to responsible drinking, I even submitted to a test at 12:30 AM. Was right on the money. Thanks to our vigilant Police Dept who do a wonderful job and were aware of the amnesty.
