"""""""""the next break, a few of them actually grabbed their gear and left, they were fed up with the actions of those not there to play footy.
Latest News - Nor-West Jets - FOX SPORTS PULSE

There were some good and well intentioned people at Auburn, who tried to lift their stature. I don't know the inner workings of the club so can't really comment if something went wrong but it's a shame that they have gone from one team to two and back to one again, forfeiting a few games in 2013. """"""""""""""

We have some of these people at work....some are fine people, some are total dickheads. Probably in equal proportion to us dinkie-dies !

I'd hate this to turn into an Auburn-hating Thread - let's give some credit to the good and well-intentioned ones...even if they are on parole.

No doubt there are dickheads in all faiths, religions and cultures, but there's no doubting 90% of the people in the Auburn team are. But what ever, won't let it ruin the thread.

                lol.

On that note, how @@@@ing far out is Richmond, like 1.5 hours for a game of footy. Even worse when you lose.

I thought you were referencing that particular match report for some reason. All good.
For the record, I didn't mind playing them, was a very physical affair which I love and even though we saluted by 30 goals, we knew we had played a game of footy.
Although, in the previous game at Mona, one of our Army boys got in a scuffle and was told he'd be stabbed if he returned to Auburn!

Wait til you have to travel to Wollondilly then - still not as bad as the Wollongong to Manly trip

Clearly you went the long way.

And Richmond to Wollongong was always a cracker when the Lions were in the SFA, 3-4 hours hungover in the morning, we'd win the 2s, sing the song, head to the sheds and gear up for another game in the 1s and get bashed!! 3-4 hours back on the syrup, singing songs, running amok.

So it appears to be a 10 team comp in all divisions except Div 5 (11 teams) next year.

Under 19's opting for an 8 team in each div scenario (1 promoted, 3 relegated)

                        Women's 6 in Div 1 and 10 on Div 2 (1 promo, 1 relegated and 4 new teams)

Looks pretty fair at first glance.

Welcome to Wollondilly in Div 4. New favourites.

They finished last in the South Coast FL, but reckon they'll do better in Div 4, much better fit according to the bloke I was chatting to this morning. I'd imagine Illawarra's twos will take their spot in First Grade SCAFL.

                          No Auburn though.

They've tried putting it up today, but SportingPulse is playing up.

Anyway, we have a total of 61 teams - 1 down on last year. All of the divisions will have 10 teams except Div 5 with 11.
The teams that are out are Illawarra's reserves (to South Coast AFL), Auburn are gone and Sydney Hills have dropped their Div 4 team. North Shore will field an extra team in Div 5, while Wollondilly is a new club in Div 4.
Dropping Balmain & Illawarra from Premier Division to Div 1 has had a bit of a knock-on effect, with Sydney Uni not being promoted from Div 2, while North Shore & Sydney Hills' Div 1 teams are both relegated to Div 2.

Div 1 is looking more like SFA First Grade, with a couple of exceptions being promoted to PD and others working their way up.

Div 2 is looking more like Premier Div Reserves these days. If Balmain Div 3 and Campbelltown Div 4 where in Div 2 it would almost complete the set.

                                Who would have thought?
