Nth Shore some handy recruits there in particular J Dwyer a energetic young kid and a talent for his size. Ctowns signings I think great, wests some coin back into entice some stronger players back, Balmain they in Div 1 anyway... you just have to wonder why they grabbed a player with a rap sheet like that especially when most sentiment on here has been pretty good about them rebuilding.

Balmain have been given another chance so why shouldn't we give one bloke another chance?

I don't think our club is in any position to write off any player, especially a bloke that can kick lots of goals and should be playing in the NEAFL.

I think you will find more than one chance... however your clubs call there been plenty on here over a number of years who will state risky move.

Remember this? In 2010 it was "8 clubs in 8 years".

Yes we are very excited to have Luke join the coaching panel with experienced Vic coach Joel Gray.
Our policy of Back to Yellow and Black is instilled as Lukes father played for Balmain.
As for you blokes who have not played elsewhere, a vast national experience throughout several leagues in Australia can only aide ones experience coaching to young kids in Sydney who have not been exposed to higher levels of football culture.
This time last year there were 2 players signed. We know have 55 player on our books and a support staff of 12.
The club looks forward to re establishing itself and rebuilding relationships throughout the inner west and Sydney afl community.
All sydney football people and ex/new members are welcome to our season launch on the 21st March to support one of the founding clubs- The Balmain Tigers AFC.

Yes. We will be unveiling our renewed home and away strip, new committee, coaches, new sponsors and acknowledgement of our valued Life Members at the season launch. Every close to the club in recent times understands the club can now finally flourish as a more democratic and trustworthy organisation.

Ash, its good what your people are doing. Some of us are aware that Jarjoura is a big risk but he will be sensational if it works. He's full of hunger and ambition and it will be good if he can impart those qualities to your players.

Have the purple anchors still got all the money locked up ? I see that you were looking for blokes to train and asking them to BYO footy !

In terms of the money I think you best ask the Board members from last year or their lawyer.
We have progressed quickly, with a focus on recruiting only those with a previuous connection to our club Balmain, a premise I strongly believe should be the case in Sydney football (yes, have a crack but my home club folded many years ago).
Yes hunger, ambition and a connection to his past, all admiral attributes.

I am fairly certain that D Linsen would not be able to transfer to St George without permission from CTOWN.
If he has a signed contract with Ctown and transferred interstate in an attempt to break the contract and then return to play in Sydney the contract currently held by Ctown would be enforceable unless there was a sound reason otherwise.
Not knowing the facts I await to see the outcome.
