Struth thats a bit rich, I had to google what kick and giggle league nor west seniors came 4th in this year.

I think my coaching record is at like 26 and 7.

Going to let you in a secret that surely you should know.
You have Rod Craig and Shane Demir in your team. Your team coaches itself. You just move magnets around a board. And they probably tell you where to put them. Not a bad thing.
If you were any kind of coach, and with your admitted lack of experience in our code, you'd sit out finals and move the magnets where they tell you to put them at the breaks.
A semi illiterate school teacher could coach St George Div 4 to finals with a list like that.

Demir and Rod have said this year has been the pinnacle of their careers and they have learnt so much under my leadership.

Nah but seriously, there is next to no coaching. We don't train, at least 50% turn up hung over each Saturday. We just have a kick for fun and a bit of fitness. I chase people to play when we are short. Problem is if half the guys in my team trained they wouldn't be in div 4 any more.

IMO the word "coach" in our entire competition is not accurate even at prem div level. "Manager" seems more appropriate.
